3 Simple Tips to Help Reverse Aging Skin

Back Story: 3 years ago, I had my second baby, and we just moved to Arizona. I was like many of you mamas, always busy taking care of everyone and everything, and totally neglected myself. About a year later, I noticed a huge difference on my face. I decided to make a change, and put my self-care a priority. (That's actually was one of the reason I started this business :) )

Tip #1: Always, Always, Always Put on a Sunscreen!

Never leave your house without sunscreen. (Pinky promise me on this one, ok?)  My skin aged so fast that year because I didn't use any sunscreen (and do you know how bad the sunlight is in Arizona?)

Make sure the sunscreen you use is good quality and doesn't block your pores! I like to use mineral sunscreen. They are a little bit pricier, but they don't block pores. 

Tip #2: Use Hydrating Sheet Masks Once/Twice a Week!

I like to store my sheet masks in the fridge to keep them cold. Putting on a cold sheet mask before bed is not only relaxing, but also helps shrink the pores on my face. Among all the sheet masks on the market, I like to get those that are from Korea. My skin always looks hydrated and rejuvenated after I use them. If you want to see faster result, try to use them 2 times a week.

Tip #3: Drink at least 8 cups (64oz) of Water a Day!

I know it may be a challenge for some of you, but it WORKS! If you find drinking plain water boring, you could add some fresh fruits, like lemons and strawberries, to your water. Water doesn't only help flush out the toxins from your bodies, but it helps hydrates and plums your skin.
