SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States. Items will be shipped in within 48 hours. We work super hard to get them out even faster.

RETURNS

We want to make sure you are HAPPY with your purchase!

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, you may return your products and get a full refund anytime within 14 days after your receive your order. If 14 days have gone since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund (less shipping/handling charges), with exception of the first set of nail wraps.

For return instructions, please contact hello@lunanailwraps.com. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. Also, please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping it back.

Once returns are received, we will process the return and refund in 1-3 business days.
